about

This release is a free improvisational music spun with six different weavers and YoshimiO at Galeria Taishokura at Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture on Oct. 23, 2016.

Orimonya weaves cloth with threads dyed with plants and trees on a traditional machine.
This is where people with disabilities work.
Because of this, they have always been particular about the handwork that suits them.
The sound of six Orimonya's weaving members played with  YoshimiO who also perform only with her own handiwork.
YoshimiO had been a weaver for three years, starting at the age of 20.
The groove of the weaver itself is well blended into the YoshimiO.
YoshimiO said “I've always wanted to be in a circle with a loom and a DRUM SET.”
This album is a live circulating system with six weavers, one drum and seven primitive machines.
There is also an "obi", a collaboration between the cloth woven by Orimonya members and the brand emeraldthirteen designed by YoshimiO.
